For the past 15+ years, I’ve been driving my own career working full-time inside a Fortune 100 tech company, 3 of those years as a Leadership Coach helping executives transition into their best career. All together, I’ve re-branded myself 5 times, worked in 4 different industries including three Fortune 500 Companies and held various positions in HR, IT, marketing, program management and communications. Each time I re-branded, I successfully increased my salary as much as 32-percent.

My career hasn't always been pretty. As I shared in my award winning book, “The Bounce Back”, earlier in my career I was laid off 3 times (I called it the 3-bang layoff!) before I learned how to build my resilience, flex my professional muscles, and master the art of architecting a career (and lifestyle) that fills me with pride, meaning and purpose.

- I was Community Relations Director at an NBC TV station in California, a radio disc jockey in Phoenix and Monterey, and one of the few women in the country to host my own morning show.
